We usually use SF Express(NL post) to send packages to West European countries. It will be fast and not have serious customs problems.

Air Mail can send to most countries, it has tracking numbers, can track and know the status and location in shipping. It has better ability in customs clearance and huge tax avoidance. But it can include up to 2.0kg items in each package. If your goods are more than 2.0kg and select this method, we will dispatch goods into different packages and send together.
DHL is a business express method. It can arrive most countries in 3-6 days, some in 3-8 days. It don't have limit in each package, but calculate by both weight and volume. If you buy goods which have big volume and light weight, select DHL would pay much more cost. It has big customs problems and huge tax risk in some countries, so please ask us before you select this method, we will check if it's safe and good for you.

EMS is a post office express method. It can arrive most countries in 10-15 days, some in 15-25 days. It don't have limit in each package, but have total weight limit, we can send in different packages if your goods are more heavy. It only calculate by weight. It's more safe and smooth than DHL and Fedex in customs clearance. But please contact us if you have questions or your country's import rule is strict.

Fedex is a business express method. It can arrive most countries in 3-6 days, some in 3-10 days. It's cheaper than DHL in some countries. It don't have limit in each package, but calculate by both weight and volume. If you buy goods which have big volume and light weight, select Fedex would pay much more cost. It has big customs problems and huge tax risk in some countries, so please ask us before you select this method, we will check if it's safe and good for you.

If your country have special import rule, please tell us before we send out the packages, we will try our best to find methods to make sure the packages can arrive you safe and fast.
For normal orders and drop shipping orders, if goods in stock, we will test and check the goods and dispatch and send out in one workday.

For example, usually the package arrive in 10-15 days, but sometimes it may arrive in 30-40 days.
And, the transport company may have holiday, vacation, special accident, these things all cause the delay of shipping.

If the package not arrive you in long time, or not have new tracking info since long time.

Usually, the transport company open the dispute to local post office and request the status after 18 days(from the date when package arrive the local post office).
Then, they need 1-3 months and then give us a final result about the package.

If your package not arrive you in about 40-50 days, please revise the Paypal dispute to Claim.
