Our warranty

Thank you very much for buying from us.

We are trying our best to provide better warranty and service for all of our dear customers.

 

1. Quality warranty time

Three Day Dead on Arrival (DOA) Guarantee
If your item arrives damaged or is not working, please follow the warranty process and contact with us within 3 days.
The associated item will be exchanged with a new product free of charge (we will reimburse the return shipping cost), or you can choose to receive a full refund.

Special Notes:
1. Customers must first send a clear photo or video of the damaged or defective product, plus the shipping carton, before we can consider issuing a RMA authorization. Please use good lighting, and a close to medium distance, so we can identify and verify the issue(s).
2. Customers need to pay the return shipping fee first. After we received the product return and confirmed the DOA, the return shipping cost will be refunded based on a valid return receipt slip up to an equivalent amount up to $50. If our technical staff determine the item is not DOA, we will not compensate the return shipping fee.
3. For overweight (2kg or above) or oversize products (i.e. the sum of the length, width and height of the package size exceeds 90cm), we will only compensate the return shipping fee up to a maximum of $50.
4. Product returns must be via one of our approved shipping methods; We will provide details.

We provide for all goods by 30 days warranty for replacement and 12 months warranty for repair as of delivery date.
Delivery date here means the shipping date.
Within one year of the purchase date, buyers can return items for free repairs.
Buyers pay the shipping fees for sending the item back, while we pay for the shipping fees for sending the repaired item back to the buyer.
We provide forever repair and service, if the warranty expired or user broke the item, you can send back to us, we will repair it for you and charge the basic cost.
If goods comes with these problems, we will make exchange or refund, please don't worry:
Scratched; Broken; Shipped wrong item; Have defect; Can't work.

 

2. Warranty solution

If items have quality fault, we will provide free repair.
Within one year of the purchase date, buyers can return items for free repairs.
Buyers pay the shipping fees for sending the item back, while we pay for the shipping fees for sending the repaired item back to the buyer.
If the buyer has damaged/misused the item(s), it will immediately void the product's warranty.
No compensation is available in such cases. However, customers are welcome to contact us to purchase replacements or spare parts (if applicable).
We will charge the original value of the components and a shipping fee to dispatch them.
For phone warranty:
We will send phones to brand's after-sale service to check and repair.
They will show us the official detect report.
If they checked and found the phone was damaged by buyer, we will not provide free warranty for it.
We will contact with buyer and show the report, buyer may need pay the repair cost and the return shipping cost.

 

3. About price difference

We are trying our best to send out all packages in 24 hours.
We will not able to refund the price difference if the new price is lower after the shipment made.
But we will refund the price difference if the new price is lower before we send out the package.
